WebLFConnect doesn't have a conversion/sync app, as far as I can find. Best I can tell, it's just summary data. Doesn't look like lfconnect saves second by second running data. You can sync with google fit and then sync fit to strava. But it's just summary data so it would be the same as manual entry. Using Google Fit sounds like a good workaround.
